EVENT TICKETS & SALES

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree:

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity and safety regulations

  • Event schedules, matchups, and participants may change without notice

  • No refunds will be issued for changes in fight card or schedule

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without written consent.

NO REFUND / CHARGEBACK POLICY

All sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you agree:

  • You will not initiate chargebacks without first contacting support

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in being banned from future events

  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with proof of purchase and event fulfillment

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferable at our discretion.

EVENT LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By attending any USA Select Boxing event, you acknowledge:

  • Boxing events involve inherent risks, including physical injury

  • USA Select Boxing, Tsunami Promotions, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the event

  • You attend at your own risk

All attendees agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions.

PARTICIPANT / FIGHTER REGISTRATION

By registering as a fighter or participant, you agree:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

  • You meet eligibility requirements for competition

  • You understand the risks associated with boxing competition

USA Select Boxing reserves the right to approve or deny any participant.

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending or participating in any event, you grant USA Select Boxing the right to:

  • Record, film, photograph, and capture your likeness

  • Use this content for marketing, promotional, and broadcast purposes

  • Distribute content across platforms including BLK Prime and social media

No compensation is required for use of this media.

STREAMING & DIGITAL CONTENT

Events may be recorded and streamed on platforms including BLK Prime.

By accessing streamed content:

  • You agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute the broadcast

  • Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Event branding

  • Graphics

  • Videos

are owned by USA Select Boxing and may not be used without permission.

PAYMENTS

All payments are securely processed through Wix Payments or authorized providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party processing delays

  • Banking issues outside of our control

PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected only for:

  • Ticket purchases

  • Event registration

  • Communication and updates

We do not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

EVENT CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

USA Select Boxing reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule events

  • Change venues

  • Modify fight cards

In the event of a full cancellation, credit or rescheduling options may be provided at our discretion.
